The Rosalien chapel is situated on one of the most charming spots in the country – the Rosalienberg mountain. From here, there is a magnificent panoramic view and altready in 1670 ruler Paul Esterházy errected a stone church up there.
High altar: figure of Rosalia, the statues of St. Paul and Antonius on the side. On the right: statue of Mary. 1679: right side altar errected. The altar painting shows st. Rosalia while praying. 1682: The balcony and pulpit was errected.
The Rosalien chapel offers a terrific view of the Forchenstein castle.
