Rocky Ridge may be a residential neighbourhood within the north-west quadrant of metropolis, Alberta. It’s settled at the western fringe of town, and is finite to the north by Country Hills avenue, to the east by Rocky Ridge Road, to the south by Crowchild path and to the west by Twelve Mile Coulee Road.
The land was annexed to town of metropolis in 1989 (from the Municipal District of Rocky View), and Rocky Ridge was established in 1998. It’s described within the metropolis council by Ward one representative valley Hodges. In 2006 the neighbourhood had a population of six,043. Residents during this community had a median unit financial gain of $84,282 in 2000, and there have been four.5% low financial gain residents living within the neighborhood. As of 2000, 17.3% of the residents were immigrants. All buildings were single-family detached homes, and 9.1% of the housing was used for dealing.
