Regional Science Centre has 84 interactive exhibits, which are spread over an 8-acre undulated landscape. In the centre, tourists can view exotic plants and cacti garden. By visiting the site, tourists can play with large exhibits and learn the underlying principles on which they function. Mathematics gallery of the centre aims at unravelling the world of mathematics and its application. In this gallery, tourists can also gain awareness about the Indian contribution towards this subject during the Vedic Period. Motion gallery serves to enlighten tourists about the concept of motion and its all-pervading presence in the universe. Motions of varied items, ranging from deep within the molecules to celestial motion of planets are explained by numerous interactive exhibits. Gallery on fun science has many interactive exhibits like antigravity mirrors, vortex, jumping disc and others. Science Gallery provides tourists a truly interactive experience by live action and enables them to discover for themselves why things happen the way they do. Prehistoric Life Park has three-dimensional figures of some extinct animals. Exhibits in this section enlighten tourists about the evolutionary process of birds, mammals and man.

Taxi : This place is well connected by road and is easily accessible by taxis. Taxis are also available from Bhubaneshwar charging anywhere from Rs 2,000 to Rs 3,000.

Bus : The New Bus Stand which is located at a distance of 6 km from the town center connects well to the major cities around Bhubaneswar. Bhubaneswar is connected to Puri (56 km) and Konark (36 km by regular bus services.

Train : Bhubaneswar railway station is about 6 km away from the city center. This railhead is well-connected to the metro cities and also to the cities Delhi (Bbs Duronto Exp), Kolkata (Falaknuma Exp), Hyderabad (Konark Express), Chennai (Coromandal Exp), Mumbai (Puri Ltt Sf Exp) and Bangalore (Bbs Ypr Sup Exp).

Air : Biju Patnaik airport at Bhubaneswar is nearly 5 km away from the heart of the city. It costs about Rs 100 by taxi cab. The airport is connected to Delhi and Mumbai. International travelers need to get connections through Delhi.
