The Regional Municipality of Peel (also called Peel Region) could be a regional municipality in Southern Ontario, Canada. It consists of 3 municipalities to the west and northwest of Toronto: the cities of Brampton and Mississauga, and also the city of Caledon. The whole region is an element of the bigger Toronto space and also the inner ring of Golden Horseshoe. The regional seat is in Brampton.
With a population of one,159,405, Peel Region is that the second-largest municipality in Ontario when Toronto.
