Putla Villa Delaware Guerrero or just Putla, could be a city and municipality within the State of Oaxaca, Mexico. It’s a part of Putla District within the west of the Sierra port Region. Its original name was Puctitlán, which suggests “place with plenty of smoke”. The Villa Delaware Guerrero half is in honor of Vicente Guerrero, a hero of the war of Independence. Putla became the seat of its municipality in 1907 and is found 374 metric linear unit from town of Oaxaca.
