Pratapgarh is a town located in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. This town is located in the Pratapgarh district. The town is a popular tourist destination, as the entire region has good historical significance. The region was first under the control of King Pratap Singh, who built a major fort in the town naming it Pratapgarh.
