Potrerillos Abajo may be a city within the Chiriquí province of Panama. The name “Potrerillos” suggests that “Little Pastures,” and springs from the various stone walls designed by the autochthonal population many centuries past. The walls were made through forced taste the direction of Spanish settlers to create pastures for the settlers’ oxen. The world of Potrerillos is split into 2 cities, Potrerillos Arriba and Potrerillos Abajo, with Arriba and Abajo which means “upper” and “lower,” severally.
