Poppleton station, additionally referred to as Engine House #38, could be a historic station set at urban center, Maryland, us. It’s a Tudor Revival vogue building designed of brick, one giant bay wide, or so 9 bays long, and 2 stories high with a saddleback. The front façade could be a brick and rock composition that includes a central, Tudor arch flanked by octangular towers and topped with crenellation.The arch options engaged colonettes with inscribed, foliated capitals containing firemen sport to extinguish a fireplace. It had been designed by Owens and Sisco and in-built 1910.Poppleton station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
