Ponoka County may be a municipal district in Alberta, Canada. It covers 721,396 acres (2,919 km2) and it claims to “embody the essence of rural Alberta” .
The Chief body Officer (CAO) of the county is presently Charlie Cutforth. The 5 members of council, Keith Beebe, Gawney Hinkley, Paul McLauchlin, Gordon Svenningsen, and St. George Verheire, wherever nonappointive Oct eighteen, 2010. Council member Keith Beebe, from electoral division five, was selected the reeve within the 2011 structure meeting.
