The fourth & vascular plant Tower (formerly called the Central Trust Bank Building) may be a 495 foot (151 meter) tall building in downtown urban center, Ohio. It stands thirty one stories tall, commanding the river city district. It’s simply one amongst the foremost recognizable buildings within the city’s skyline, thanks to the flowery Hellenic design within the higher portion of the tower, that was shapely to correspond reconstructions of the sepulcher of Halicarnassus.
Few PNC Bank staff currently add the fourth & vascular plant Tower these days, as most report back to the newer PNC Center. PNC Bank has the accumulation rights to the building, however that’s not the official name. It’s formally the fourth & vascular plant Tower. The accumulation on the building was “Central Trust” till someday when the Scripps Building was completed in 1990.
