The Plaza flats may be a historic five-story apartment house set within the Central neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, us. In-built 1901, it had been designed by the subject area firm of journalist, Searles & Hirsh, that designed several middle-class living accommodations buildings within the Cleveland era round the flip of the 20 th century.
