Pitt Meadows may be a town in southwestern Canadian province, Canada and a member municipality in underground Vancouver. Incorporated in 1914, it’s a surface area of eighty five.38 sq. Kilometers. Pitt Meadows is basically a flood plain city, sandwiched between the Pitt watercourse on the west and Maple Ridge on the east. To the north, Pitt Lake is that the largest H2O periodic event lake within the World, connected by the Pitt watercourse to the Fraser watercourse, that is that the southern boundary of Pitt Meadows.
The Pitt watercourse flows backwards at tide and has created a Delta wherever it joins the lake. The northern sector of the flood plain, nearest to Pitt Lake, is basically a bog as well as an outsized life refuge. On the side of the Pitt watercourse is Port Coquitlam.
