Pino Grande (formerly, Pinogrande) is associate unorganised community in El constellation County, California. It’s set eight miles (13 km) nor’-nor’-west of Pollock Pines, at associate elevation of 4022 feet (1226 m).
A post workplace operated at Pino Grande from 1892 to 1899, with a move in 1893, and from 1902 to 1909.

Besides the mill there have been dozens of staff cabins, a hospital, school, cooks building, machine outlets and sheds. The camp was, in itself, atiny low city. The railroad track railroad the lumber company engineered served the world for many years. The mill, camp, railroad, tracks, trestles, engines, rollingstock, etc., square measure currently long gone. The world wherever Pino Grande once stood is among the El Dorado National Forest.
