Perry sq. Is one in all the series of town squares planned by known surveyor Saint Andrew the Apostle Ellicott in downtown Erie, Pennsylvania, USA. The park diverts the flow of sixth Street for 2 scrabbly town blocks bisected by State Street, that separates the city’s jap and western halves. The park is finite by French Street on the east and Peach Street on the west, whereas Park Row North and Park Row South carry sixth Street traffic round the northern and southern sides of the sq.. There’s a building within the center of the western block, and a fountain within the center of the jap block.
Adjacent to the park area unit Erie hall, the U.S.A. Court House, the Erie seat, Gannon University, the previous Erie County library, the Richford Arms (Ford Hotel), Erie Insurance cluster, the Erie Club, and therefore the North Park Row business block.
