Pelly is associate incorporated village in rural Saskatchewan, Canada. The village is that the nearest owner-occupied settlement to the historical sites of Fort Livingstone, a former capital of the North-West Territories and a former North-West Mounted police office, and Fort Pelly, the Swan watercourse district headquarters for the Hudson’s Bay Company, from that the village gets its name.
