This town, where long-ago the saddle makers of the Arpad kings lived, offers a lot of surprises to its guests. A real speciality is the cellar village from the end of the 19th century, which hides in the forest with its 300 cellars. Its Reformed Church was built in late baroque style. The fence of the Splényi (Várady) Castle is made from barrels of the war of independence in 1848. Its long-ago officer quarter is now the communal house. In its courts you can find in summers the temporary museum of veteran cars and motorbikes.
