The Park aspect may be a historic building in point of entry, Washington. It’s set on a triangular parcel whose full address is 5810 Cowen Pl. N.E., Seattle, WA 98105. To the northwest is Cowen Park and on the far side that the Roosevelt neighborhood; to the south is that the northern extreme of the University District; and to the east is that the Ravenna neighborhood. The building’s entrance and garden lie on the flank of the right-triangle and overlook Cowen Park.The Park aspect was designed by designer John A. Creutzer, United Nations agency conjointly designed Seattle’s Medical Dental Building, the Swedish Tabernacle Church, and also the Julie residences (now operative because the Urban Rest Stop), among several others.
