PacWest Center is associate degree workplace building in Portland, Oregon. At 127.41 m (418.0 ft), it’s the fourth-tallest building in Portland. The 29-story building was designed by Hugh Stubbins & Associates of Cambridge, Massachusetts and completed in 1984. Its name comes from former anchor tenant, Pacific Western Bank of OR, in hand by PacWest Bancorp. However, PacWest’s OR operations were nonheritable by KeyCorp in 1986 and have become a part of KeyBank. Tokyo-based Mitsubishi Estate Co. Had been the bulk owner within the building since it rose in 1984. In Gregorian calendar month 2007 the building was oversubscribed to Ashforth Pacific INC. For $161.5 million.
