One57, erstwhile referred to as Carnegie fifty seven, could be a 75-story (marketed as 90-story) edifice presently underneath construction at 157 West 57th Street within the Midtown neighborhood of Manhattan, the big apple town. Upon completion in 2014, it’ll stand at 306 meters (1004 feet) tall, creating it the tallest residential building within the town, but it’s projected to be overtaken by 432 Park Avenue once completed in 2015. The building can have ninety two condominium units on high of a brand new Park Hyatt building with 210 rooms. The contractor is Lend Lease Project Management & Construction, and also the developer is Extell Development Company.
Extell Development Company’s founder and President, urban center Barnett, spent fifteen years aggregation the property and air rights on 57th Street.
