One South Church (formerly UniSource Energy Tower and Norwest Bank Tower) could be a genre edifice that was completed in 1986. It had been designed by plant scientist W. Fentres, FAIA, RIBA of Fentress Architects in 1986.

Beginning in early 2012, UniSource Energy rapt to its new headquarters within the UniSource Energy Building at the corner of sixth Avenue and Brodway on the opposite facet of downtown metropolis.
