Finished in 1991, the building had been the primary new high-rise within the town in over a decade. It had been designed by Jung/Brannen Associates and Robinson inexperienced Beretta Architects.
Local field student McKenzie Woodward doesn’t agree esthetically with the building, career it “squat” and “graceless” as a result of its “dumpy massing and significant detailing” in his book Guide to Providence design, tho’ he concedes that the floorplan is effective which its location makes it terribly fascinating industrial area.
