Oakland may be a borough in city County, New Jersey, us. As of the 2010 us Census, the borough population was twelve,754. City was incorporated as a borough by associate Act of the New Jersey legislative assembly on Apr eight, 1902, from parts of Franklin administrative division. The physicist House was inbuilt 1748 and was a stop for President of the United States and his troops in 1777.
