Oakhurst (formerly Fresno Flats) may be a census-designated place (CDP) in Madera County, California, fourteen miles (23 km) south of the doorway to waterfall park, within the foothills of the Sierra Silver State mountain chain. Oakhurst is found on the Fresno watercourse three miles (4.8 km) sou’-sou’-west of waterfall Forks,at Associate in Nursing elevation of 2274 feet (693 m).It is a part of the Madera–Chowchilla Metropolitan applied math space.
