Settled within the community of Ballard, within the neighborhood of Sunset Hill, it sits on its original-sized ton with spectacular heritage trees and retains its flanking coach house.The house combines parts of vernacular design and eclectic method. The generous interior woodwork and fir floors indicate the importance of the native lumber trade. The inside, however, conjointly contains several style influences from the first twentieth century, like classical revival columns, yank Craftsman-style trim and moldings together with beveled and glass windows, whereas the outside is loaded with ornate brackets, turrets and balconies.
