Niceto Pérez may be a municipality and town within the Guantánamo Province of Cuba. It’s settled ten kilometres (6.2 mi) west of the capital, Guantánamo. In 2004, the municipality of Niceto Pérez had a population of seventeen,783. With a complete space of 640 km2 (250 sq mi), it’s a population density of twenty seven.8 /km2 (72 /sq mi).
