The ny Mets Hall of Fame was created so as to acknowledge the careers of former ny Mets players, managers, broadcasters and executives. There ar presently twenty seven members. Originally settled within the Diamond Club at Shea arena, the inductees ar currently honored with plaques within the Mets Hall of Fame and depository at Citi Field, that opened in Apr 2010.
