The New Hampshire Governor’s Mansion, called “Bridges House”, is that the official residence of the Governor of latest Hampshire and therefore the governor’s family. Bridges House, placed in Concord, the capital of latest Hampshire, has served because the governor’s official residence since 1969. Bridges House was designed by Charles Graham concerning 1836. Designs Bridges, governor of latest Hampshire (1935–36) and U.S. Legislator for twenty five years thenceforth, lived here from 1946 till his death. Bequeathed to the state upon the death of his widow Doloris Bridges, in 1969 it become the governor’s official residence.
The current governor, John Lynch, is from Hopkinton, a neighboring city to Concord. He doesn’t reside at Bridges House, and his official workplace is found within the New Hampshire State House. The house was additional to the National Register of Historic Places on Dec twenty two, 2005 as H. Designs Bridges House, reference range 05001444.
