Ferris designed this Classical Revival (Neoclassical) vogue mansion. The mansion was at the middle of a legal dispute ensuing from the divorce case of Governor Jim Gibbons and his now-former better half, Dawn. many months before filing a divorce petition in could 2008, the Governor bumped off of the mansion, returning to the couple’s personal residence in city. Upon filing for divorce, he filed a petition seeking his wife’s eviction from the mansion, citing state law which needs that the Governor maintain his home and workplace within the capital.
