Natchez National Historical Park commemorates the history of town, Mississippi, and is managed by the parkland Service. The park consists of 3 distinct elements. The collection at Melrose’s two-story Greek Revival main house and its slave quarters includes painted floor cloths, mahogany fan, a group of Rococo Revival parlor furnishings, a group of Gothic Revival feeding area chairs, and bookcases with books chemical analysis to the eighteenth century.
