Narragansett may be a city in Washington County, Rhode Island, us. The population was fifteen,420 at the 2010 census, however there’s a bigger population within the summer. The nickname for the city is “Gansett”. The city of Narragansett occupies a slim strip of land running on the japanese bank of the Pettaquamscutt watercourse to the shore of Narragansett Bay. it had been separated from South Kingstown in 1888, and incorporated as a city in 1901.
