Nandan Van is a nature centre, Spanning over 10 – hectares of land. The main objective of establishing such a nature park was to provide shelter to stray wild animals. It also acts as a biological park and maintains some common forestry plants. There is a also a small zoo here. The centre has been instrumental in creating awareness of nature among urbanites. It offers its visitors with wide variety of attractions including beautiful landscaped gardens, lush trees, large playgrounds, picnic spots, wildlife attractions and lots of walking and jogging areas. Children would have a quality time in a mini zoo, watching wild and domestic animals in their natural habitat. Surrounded by lush green trees and attractive landscapes this garden offers a lot of recreational activities like jogging parks, huge playgrounds, walking area etc. This place is a perfect one for nature lovers.
