Nahan is a town in Himachal Pradesh in India and is the Sirmaur District.The vrious tourist attractions in Nahan are Rani Tal, Suketi Fossil Park, Trilokpur Temple, Dhaula Kuan and Giri Nagar.The place continued to flourish under the king and thereafter was often viewed as a compulsory pilgrimage by many due to variety of temples in the town. Perched at an altitude of 950m, Nahan presents an all weather option of visit and enjoyment because of it being closer to the plains than the higher peaks. Apart from a host of beautiful picnic and nature lover spots and attraction Nahan town and its picturesque surroundings are sure to mesmerize any human being with its uncharted forest routes and soothing greenery.

Dehradun is 65 km away from Nahan. From Delhi, one can reach anywhere in India and abroad. Taxis are available from the Chandigarh to Nahan and costs about Rs 2000.
By Train : Nearest railway station is Ambala, which is at a distance of 100 km from Nahan. Ambala is well connected to all major cities in India. There are regular train services from Delhi to Ambala. Taxis are available from railway station to Nahan and costs about Rs 2000.
By Bus : There are different kinds of bus services are available connecting Nahan with other cities, including Chandigarh. State owned buses are cheap and private deluxe buses charge generally Rs 4 per km.
