The Museum-Grotto Residence is that the oldest building remaining in Zion parkland. The cave structure was inbuilt 1924 because the Park repository, then remodeled as a residence in 1936 to a style by Harry Langler of the NPS Branch of Plans and styles, victimization cardinal labor. The masonry is considerably larger in scale than later work.
The cave Residence was severally listed on the National Register of Historic Places, reference range 86003721 on Saint Valentine’s Day, 1987.
