A journey through art and history. The museum has highly valuable items from different places around the province.
Teruel Museum is located in the Casa de la Comunidad, a 16th-century Renaissance construction in the heart of the historic centre, very close to the Cathedral. The museum is divided into various sections: Archaeology, with exhibits that go from prehistory to the Christian kingdoms, along with objects from Iberian, Roman, Visigoth and Moorish cultures; Ethnography, with utensils, clothing, ceramics and traditional crafts; and Palaeontology. The bibliographical collection on contemporary art is located at nearby Ambeles Tower, as is the museum’s section on games.
