Mongolia is also considered as one of the highest countries. It has an elevation of 1580 metres. It is a hot country with warm summers and cold winters. The famous cities of Mongolia are Ulaan Baatar, Erdenet, Darkhan, Moron and Choibalsan. Ulaan Baatar is the largest and the capital city. Mongolia has a rich ancient history. It has marvelous Buddhist monasteries, museums, magnificent waterfalls, lakes, cliffs and mineral springs.
