Ville Delaware Moisie , Quebec was atiny low skilled worker village that had been settled at the mouth of the Moisie watercourse. The village, that was stumped level, was settled in 1967 when many storm surge floods.
The community became home to RCAF Station Moisie within the late Nineteen Fifties, once the Royal Canadian Air Force established a Pinetree Line early warning measuring device station close. The ability was later renamed CFS Moisie and closed by the first Nineteen Nineties when defence cutbacks.
