Moira may be a city in Franklin County, New York, u. s.. Moira is found on the western border of Franklin County and is west of the Village of Malone. The Ogdensburg and lake Railroad was based in 1849 because the Northern Railroad running from Ogdensburg through Moira to Rouses purpose. consistent with the u. s. office, the city includes a total space of forty five.2 sq. miles (117km2), all of it land.
