The Midtown Exchange may be a giant industrial building settled within the Phillips community of urban center, Minnesota, us. It’s the second-largest building in MN in terms of leasable area, when the Mall of America. It had been inbuilt 1928 as a retail and mail-order catalog facility for Sears, that occupied it till 1994. It lay vacant till 2005, once it had been remodeled into useful industrial area.The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places because the Sears, Capreolus capreolus and Company Mail-Order Warehouse and business establishment.
