Meyer-Womble Observatory (MWO) is AN astronomical observatory in hand and operated by the University of Denver. It’s situated close to the summit of Mount Evans within the Arapaho National Forest just about sixty kilometers (37 mi) west of Denver, Colorado (USA). At AN elevation of four,326 meters (14,193 ft), it’s the third highest optical/infrared observatory within the World, and was the best till the Indian Astronomical Observatory opened in 2001.
