Metropolitan Baptists, once called ny Protestant denomination, may be a historic church at 151 W. 128th Street in Harlem neighborhood, ny town. It had been originally designed and occupied by a Presbyterian congregation. In 1918, the church was nonheritable by its current occupants, a Baptist congregation. It had been in-built 2 stages between 1884 and 1890, associate degreed is an unsymmetrically amassed, sedimentary rock church in an exceedingly mix of Gothic and Romanesque architecture Revival designs. It’s 2 and one 0.5 stories flat-topped by an incredible roof formed as a partial cone. The front facade options teams of glass, Gothic-arched lancet windows at varied levels. It had been listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
