The City Wall in Strzelce Krajeńskie belongs to the oldest one in Lubuskie Region. It were built between 1272 and 1290. The wall was built of the stones in several layers. They are from 60-90 cm to 120-160 m wide. The wall was 1m thick and 8-9 m. tall. It surrounded the city and had length of 1,7 km. There were 35 rectangular watch towers in the wall. They were accessible from the town and divided into storeys. Up to now, the 1,64 km wall survived. The most famous in the city wall are: The Prison (Witches) Tower and the Mill Gate .
