McCartney’s building, 1st building in river parkland, in-built 1871, burned in 1913 once use as Chinese laundry.
At one purpose, there have been a minimum of 3 bathouses engineered adjacent to the building, further united different structure (believed to be a bar), at a complete value of around $3,000 (according to Mr. McCartney). In 1882, the govt ordered virtually the building dismantled.
