Polish Theatre is located in Swarożyca Street, near Żeromski Park.Modernist building was built about 1920 according to project A. Tesmacher. Building was rebuilt many times and he altered his functions. In 1949 began activity there Polish Theatre. His organizer and first manager was Z. Sawan-Nowakowski. From 1994 manager has been Adam Opatowicz. In 1997 created the cabaret the “Black Cat of Ore” near The Polish Theatre.
