On July 28, 1995 the Saint Martha Chapel in Ischgl-Innerversahl was opened with a festive consegration ceremony.
The chapel was built on an initiative of women from Ischgl, who decided to build a chapel in the village area of Innerversahl, on a place where a chapel had already existed in former times.
The village set grounds available and the chapel was built with contributions from inhabitants and companies according to plans by architect Ladner from Zams.
The carved altar figures were made by Josef Jehle from Kappl, the beautiful windows were designed by Paul Zangerl, Bernhard Walser and Andreas Salner.
