Marlborough (often spelled Marlboro) could be a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, u. s.. The population was thirty eight,499 at the 2010 census. Marlborough became a prosperous industrial city within the nineteenth century and created the transition to engineering trade within the late twentieth century when the development of the Massachusetts Turnpike. The Reverend William Brimstead was the primary minister of the Puritan church and Johnathan Johnson was the primary metalworker.
