The complicated consists of 2 high rise corncob-shaped 65-story towers (including five-story elevator and physical plant penthouse), at 587-foot (179 m) tall. It additionally includes a saddle-shaped area Building, and a mid-rise building building, all contained on a raised platform adjacent to the stream. At a lower place the raised platform at stream level may be a tiny dockage for motorboat, giving the structures their name.
