The Tirol´s biggest Gothic hall church comprising three rows of massive round pillars, two choirs and four aisles. It was enlarged between 1490-1502. Left choir: “citizens´ choir”, right choir: “miners´choir”. Old glass paintings, Gothic baptism stone, splendid organ gallery, etc. Magnificent and precious tombs of rich silver miners.
Guided tours for groups by appointment only. Small phone describing the particularities of the church – coins (ATS 10) required. Opening hours: 8am – 8pm.
