Marble home is one in all the Gilded Age mansions of Newport, Rhode Island, currently hospitable the general public as a depository go past the Newport Preservation Society. William Vanderbilt’s older brother Vanderbilt II afterward designed the grandest of Newport cottages, The Breakers, between 1893 and 1895.
