Marau Sound is a location in the Solomon Islands; it is located at the eastern end of Guadalcanal Island, in Guadalcanal Province. The Tavanipupu Resort is also found in Marau. It was visited by Prince William in 2012. The peaceful waters of north-east Guadalcanal offer plenty of solitude & unspoiled beauty frequented, savored & relished by the growing numbers of holiday seekers.
