Prior to the existence of Mabank in Early 1900, the community of Lawndale was formed among the late Eighteen Eighties. The community was noted for its agriculture in many areas, in conjunction with cotton. but with the TX Trunk Railroad missing the community by a mile, Ranchers Mason and Eubank determined to maximise the TX Trunk and forgot one unit of measurement of land and named it “Mabank”. In line with the u. S.
